Key to loving your life is taking back your power. Power has taken a bad rap over the years. It’s usually associated with egomaniacs and others who seek to control. I’d like to “rebel” against that connotation. That’s not power, it’s fear of power. People who feel powerful from the inside out let go of the need to control others, feel confident enough to speak the truth, and have the courage to face their fears.
I want to share on this web site what I’ve learned about taking back my own power and self. It’s been key to seeing my life as an adventure, to wanting to jump out of bed in the morning and learn something new, and to becoming present in the world.
